Class Selection

Stage A/B (Infant & Toddler) (Ages 6 months – 2 years)

Infants and toddlers, accompanied by a parent, are introduced to the water in a safe and supportive environment. They will develop swim readiness skills through guided activities that promote comfort and confidence in the water.

 

Preschool Swim Lessons (Ages 3 – 5 years)

Children will learn essential water safety skills and fundamental swimming techniques, including swimming, floating, gliding, jumping, turning, and safely exiting the pool.

 

Youth Swim Lessons (Ages 6 – 12 years)

This stage focuses on personal water safety, foundational swimming skills, and building endurance. Participants will develop water stamina and practice swimming to safety over longer distances.

 

Teen & Adult Swim Lessons (Ages 12+)

Designed for teens and adults of all skill levels, this program teaches personal water safety, proper breathing techniques, and essential swimming skills while helping participants become comfortable and confident in the water.
