The Y offers personal training sessions to help you reach your fitness goals. Each session is 60 minutes long and tailored to your individual needs. If you’re interested in working one-on-one with a trainer, simply provide your name at the Welcome Desk, and a personal trainer will reach out to you.

Meet the Trainer:
Kylan Roberts
I embarked on the path of becoming a personal trainer as a direct result of my personal journey toward fitness. Initially motivated by the need to alleviate stress during my time in college, I redirected my academic focus toward exercise science, thereby affording myself the opportunity to manage stress while concurrently improving my overall health.
I subsequently pursued and acquired my personal training certification through the American Council on Exercise (ACE). My primary aspiration is to assume the position of Doctor of Physical Therapy, thereby sharing my ability to serve individuals in their pursuit of wellness to an even greater extent.
