Summer Camp

To Enroll:

  1. Complete the registration form.

  2. Schedule an appointment to enroll your child, available Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM.

  3. Pay the $50 registration fee.

  4. Pay a $5 weekly deposit (includes Financial Assistance or Social Services participation).

Bring the Following to Your Appointment:

  1. Current Immunization Record

  2. Current Physical Exam, signed by your healthcare provider

  3. Birth Certificate
