Therapy Pool

Our state of the art Therapy Pool is an great asset to the YMCA. It allows guest to complete workouts, classes, or therapy in the warm comforts of 94 degree water.

The Therapy Pool is Handicap accessible in every way. It includes a handicap chairlift as well as handrails on the stairs entrance. There is always a friendly lifeguard on duty to assist patrons in entering and exiting the pool as well insure the safety of all patrons.

There are two bathrooms within the therapy pool room, both of which are also handicap accessible Each bathroom includes sink, toilet and handicap shower.

There is equipment of all sorts available to all patrons. Barbells, aqua jogging belts, noodles, resistance gloves, etc. allow guests to complete therapy with ease.

Physical Therapy

The YMCA is proud to offer physical therapy sessions with our certified on-staff Physical Therapist, Annette O'reily-Green, in our therapy pool. Patients with a doctor's prescription, can be seen Mondays through Fridays from 8:30 a.m. until 5:00 p.m. Appointments should be made by calling 276-632-6001.

Mondays: 5:00-8:00 p.m.
Tuesdays: 7:00-8:30 a.m.
Wednesday: 4:00-8:00 p.m.
Thursday: 7:00-8:30 a.m.
Fridays: 7:00-9:00 a.m.
Saturdays: 11:00 a.m.-12:30 p.m. and 1:00-2:00 p.m.
