Adult Programs

CPR Classes

The YMCA will teach CPR classes to groups of six or less on Saturdays by request. American Association Certification based course. Cost is $50.00 per person. Call 632-6427. Minimum of 3 students needed to hold class.

Health Club

Available to members 21 years and older. The Health Club is a luxurious locker room, complete with carpeted floors, row upon row of lockers, bathroom and 8 closed door showers. Also, there is a Sauna as well as a steam room. Adults can enjoy the luxury of the health club and the absence of rowdy children. Additional fees apply, see membership rates for more info.

Senior Citizen's Excercise

55 years and over - No cost. Martinsville YMCA. Tuesday and Thursday from 8:50 to 9:20 a.m. Instructor is Jo Ellen Hylton

Walker's Club

This is an Opportunity for members to keep track of their mileage on a monthly basis. Am mileage chart will be located in the hallway beside the indoor walking track. Special programs and incentives to be planned. To get involved, please contact Pat Jordan at 632-6427.
